Realtors looking for new ways to disinfect home showings
CHARLESTON, S,C. – When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early 2020, the real estate market took a massive hit, as people were unable to view new homes for themselves or for their families. When viewing homes slowly reappeared as the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 viruses became normalized, while wearing masks were usually mandatory during an open house, social distancing became nearly impossible as people were trying to view the home at the same time. This caused concern for realtors as they wanted to not only sell the homes they were hired to, but to also not help be a part of the problem of spreading the virus for their own gain.
This is where the new Paerosol MAG, or micro-aerosol generator, comes into play. The Paerosol micro-aerosol generator is a new, non-toxic, and proprietary disinfection platform that not only permeates both hard and soft surfaces, but also the air as well. The micro-aerosol generator uses its proprietary technology to turn Paerolyte’s liquid disinfectant to create a dry spray, which allows the liquid disinfectant to spread throughout the rooms of the house and kill up to 99.9999% of viruses, bacteria, and mold1. With the dry spray creating sub-micron particles, with sizes ranging from .1 – 2 microns, this allows the disinfectant to get into hard to reach and soft surfaces – such as couch cushions, plush carpets, and places where one may not be able to reach. The sub-micron particles also have a strong odor-killing capacity, keeping the new smell home even when people are coming and going for viewing. Given the quantity of people entering a home when it is on the market, the Paerosol MAG is a non-toxic, easy to use, and cost-effective alternative to keeping the home clean and sanitized.
“The MAG [micro-aerosol generator] is perfect to use in a home on the market to keep it’s potential buyers protected from infectious diseases and keep the house itself sanitized.”
