A new corporate law firm offers the Illinois Latino business community corporate legal services in Spanish.

CHICAGO, IL, April 25, 2022 – Opening for business on April 25, 2022, Serna Legal Services will provide Illinois Latino-owned businesses and Latino entrepreneurs corporate legal services and the legal counsel and guidance necessary to legally protect and develop their businesses.  Serna Legal Services will provide legal counsel in both English and Spanish.

The law firm will be run by attorney Noeli E. Serna, who has nearly 6 years of experience practicing transactional and corporate law in international law firms and as in-house corporate counsel. The firm will be one of the few corporate law firms in Illinois to market its corporate legal services directly to the Illinois Latino business community and offer its services in both English and Spanish.
